A We Live Here column is published monthly in the CBD News, Docklands News and Southbank News.

In a few weeks the We Live Here movement will be launching a campaign in the form of a petition via change.org to gather support for the regulation of short-term letting in residential buildings. We are hoping for a massive response and encourage you all to get involved.

Short-term letting in residential buildings is not being adequately addressed by any level of government.

The support and feed-back for the We Live Here Movement has been overwhelming since our December launch.
Thank you to everyone that continues to visit our website to keep up to date or register as a supporter. We are growing in number as people become aware of the movement and we are proud to say that we now advocate for more than 70 buildings.

We Live Here is a recently launched advocacy and lobby movement focussing on generating legislative change to protect owners and long-term residents living in high-density areas. The movement aims to give a voice to and protect the rights of these owners and long term residents, and to tackle issues that are not being adequately addressed.
